It seems to hurt me when I see someone down.

I suddenly feel like helping them, protecting them, and taking them under my wing. It gets to the point where I just about hunt down the person who hurt them. I can't stand bullies or bs people who think kicking someone while their down is okay.

    Super Hero

Or maybe I am the weak needing protection! I guess I could brag and say I am protective. I'll fight and may even die for this cause, but I would ask for backup!

There is something called the "therapeutic

alliance" in psychology. It's where the therapist "unconditionally accepts" the view of the client, right or wrong, in order to facilitate feelings of being loved and accepted regardless of their wrong-doings. This, theoretically, allows a person to heal from their own past...

    Too Much..

I would go as far as to say I have issues over wishing to be the protector of everyone I see as being vulnerable. Which is everyone. I am sorting it now though. i  have been aware of it for a while and I am taking control of it. So dont worry.. i may FEEL abnormally...

    Unfortunately

I think the people who feel most enraged by bullies (or feel unusually empathetic for the weak, sad, neurotic) are people who have (or had at one time) no control over the own lives. People that have never been imprisoned and tortured (metaphorically in terms of a relationship...

    Bully Beater

For the most part, I was an agreeable kid growing up.  A little quiet and quirky, and not inclined to fight.  Except when I noticed other kids getting bullied.  Then I had a tendency to intervene and lose control.  I could not stay out of a...

    At school and the highschool,

and middle through elementary buildings I have groups of people that go and take care of bullies the correct way. By giving them a taste of their own medicine. Some people call my group a gan, but I don't care.

Putting Myself At Risk For "them"

If you are really someone with an inbuilt compassion for the weak, for the ignorant, for the innocent getting deceived and hurt by bastards, you will always be the one putting yourself at grave risk for the sake of "saving them" or "trying to help them"... making their troubles...

    Always Have And Always Will

I have always tried to stand up for those that couldn't protect themselves. Even as a kid I used to be protective of those that are weaker. Whenever I saw another kid being picked on I would step in and pick a fight with the bully. I didn't care if I kicked butt or got my butt...

I Should Have Minded My Own Business.

I just wanted to share a story that I reminded myself today. When I was in middle school, maybe in 6th or 7th grade, I was being bullied a lot and I didn't have many friends because I was "different". But I noticed a girl that being bullied too because of her name. Her name...
