how does this tie into 'I Am Puerto Rican'? would it not serve a greater purpose in 'I Am Canadian' - where fellow Canadians who might be in the know could mutually opine? Puerto Rico is still a Commonwealth of the U.S.A. - which 'virtually' renders Puerto Ricans, Americans with separate Governorship of Country, but not technically dual citizenship. it in no way resembles the land claims question you mentioned as far as I can tell.
