I got a phone call from Greenpeace telling me

about a petition I signed and they spent around 10 minutes talking to me on deforestation which was cool but then started asking me for donations. I said I don't really have an income so the guy gave another 3 minute lecture and proposed a smaller monthly donation and that's...

    I Am Painfully Awkward.

And I don't mean that to be "quirky". A lot of people, I've noticed tend to lovingly describe themselves or their friends as awkward for having out-of-the-box thinking. For example, I remember going to the movies and seeing some people I knew from college sitting a few rows ahead...

holy cow, I just realized yesterday how awkward

I am when it comes to being around a group of people. I was at a Halloween party last night, and there were about 10 other people there conversing and having a great time while I was sitting on a chair drinking my apple cider and staring straight at the fire pit because I was...

Truth is my social skills depends on

who I'm with, I can talk to a girl who is just a friend and has similar interest but I can barely maintain a conversation with a girl that I think is cute. I can talk to people I've been around long enough but can barely talk to new people.

    I have never been popular.

I had a very small group of friends in high school and a small group of friends in college. Could it be because I am somewhat of an introvert and socially awkward? Duh duh duuuuh!!!!! I don't know. But the way I see it is, fewer friends equals less drama. And if everybody likes...
