I Am Someone You Can Call At 4 In the Morning

I am someone that you can call at 4 in the morning. Even if I am not awake at that time, if you call me at 4am in the morning and need someone to talk to, I will answer the phone.

I will wake up to your phone call since my phone is next to my pillow. BUT if you're asking me to give you a ride at 4 in the morning that will be impossible since I would be barely awake to understand what you are saying.
