    I gave up on anti-depressants.

    I took them for years, and they haven't did a thing for me. Probably just damaged my health. I prefer natural remedies. Sunshine, water, country life, fishing. That doesn't help everyone, but it can help me.

    The other day my doctor prescribed me a new

    medicine to help me sleep, and it seems to be working well with my other night time pill. I feel so much better when I wake up. And my morning medicine just keeps me going. I hope this feeling last and my meds keep working. I don't want to go back to the old ways.
