I'm 27 years old and my 2 younger brothers are engaged. There are many times that I feel that they all judge me because I haven't married or had kids or lived their way of life. My older siblings are all married with kids. I've been next in line to get married for 8 years, and...

I have come to the sad conclusion that being alone in this world is truly what I feel. After the Christmas I had, I have also realized that I have had enough. Trying to break through the family roles that have been in place, when it's not allowed, well it's downright lonely. I...

My family has no common sense and are extremely judgemental. I don't look like any of them. I look like my beautiful great grandma and they hate me for it. We have just never gotten along; I don't think we ever will. We're like oil and vinegar; we just don't mix.

Being the black sheep can be a blessing,

most people just have the family they are given, us black sheeps have to go out into the world and create our own "family". The people who come into your life by choice are worth so much more than blood relation.
