    Facts About The Marathon

    I start on Monday. I hope to get an 8 to 8:30 pace The one I am running is ALL downhill It is going to be LEGIT!!! I have new shoes for it. I dropped out of track senior year to do this. 2 coaches said that I should be able to run my desired pace I am going to ROCK THIS THING!!!

    Can't Run A Mile...

    I can't run a mile yet but next week I start my training. In 2 months I'll be able to run three miles. I got 3 years to go till I can enter the Boston Marathon. In 3 years I'll be able to run 26 miles and I'll win. I will be determined and I will run and win.

    That guy is Inspiring. I want to eventually hike across the Coastal Mountains (British Columbia), over Grouse, Cypress, and north from there. First, I have to work on strengthening my joints and start training.

    Have to go from nothing to the strongest calves

    and shoulders. I've been inspired by a brave young woman who is walking across canada. I want to do the same, 75km though, and I want to be able to say 'last August i raised awareness and possibly charity for something.' Not sure for what yet.

    I was training for a marathon in 2012

    when my son was diagnosed with cancer and I needed to be with him. He is finally more independent and I've been able to start running again. I just signed up for the same marathon as I was to run in 2012. This means a lot to me.
