    As a kid I loved roller skating.

    Usually when I'm on the elliptical machine I crank up the music (usually early 80's, Michael Jackson, Earth wind & Fire, the Pretenders, Stevie Nicks, etc) then I pretend I'm roller skating really fast.... It's the only way I can get through exercise.

    I'm trying my best to lose weight.

    .. around 20lbs... 25lbs. So I'll have the ideal weight for my height... and to feel better, in how I see myself and my well being.

    I feel sort of fat but not

    that fat. When I woke up today my mom called me down stairs for breakfast so I came down and I ate some food and she said "your gonna be thick" I said I'm not gonna be fat tho and she said it again "your gonna be thick. Thicker than him" and I said no cause I have started...

    I'm in a good physical condition,

    Following a program this beauty did

    and hopefully by Christmas I'll have less fat and be more toned! Bikini ready by next summer if I lay off the brownies!!

    Well Sort Of....

    I have been meaning to try and get back into shape but I am not really the hit the gym kind of guy and never was even when I used to do martial arts. Anyways it turns out my photography with all the walking and hauling camera equipment everywhere is one hell of a work out.

    I am not overweight by any means

    and pretty accepting of my body but I would like to be stronger and a bit more toned. A friend and I have taken up a pole dancing fitness class. This is so not something I ever would have thought I would do but it happens to be so fun and is most definitely making me stronger!

    So I'm trying to get really fit to eventually

    enter the military, and I'm trying to push my body to its maxim...but I've never done that before so I have no idea how to start. I'm 5'3 or barely below that, I'd say I'm average I'm not overweight ( I weigh 130Ibs ) so please does anyone have any diet plans I could follow...

    I've been staying inside

    for weeks and noticed my clothes are definitely getting tighter/smaller. Especially around my thighs. I've been running, doing squats, lunges, and wall sits. But I swear I'm not losing any fat in the one place I want to x.x
