    I have no idea how but I lost 9 lbs in 2 weeks !

    ! I have really only started drinking more tea and no diet coke in the last 4 days as well as calorie counting. But that ain't 9 lbs worth! Tomorrow add shadow MMA !

    I didn't really start my journey

    So I am starting small.

    I am very excited today.

    In November of 2013 I weighed 335lbs. As of October of 2014 I now weigh 213lbs. So in less than a year I have lost 122lbs. Its been a lot of hard work but I'm so happy to see these changes and I'm starting to gain my confidence back.
