    Now I am seeing results with the nutritional

    program that I'm using. Close to a week and my stomach is shrinking. So excited. Can't really exercise cause I broke my knee last year, just walking, so this program helps.

    Nothing like a physically demanding full time

    I'm eating healthier

    I am very excited today.

    In November of 2013 I weighed 335lbs. As of October of 2014 I now weigh 213lbs. So in less than a year I have lost 122lbs. Its been a lot of hard work but I'm so happy to see these changes and I'm starting to gain my confidence back.
