I Am Trying to Lose Weight

    I am very excited today.

    In November of 2013 I weighed 335lbs. As of October of 2014 I now weigh 213lbs. So in less than a year I have lost 122lbs. Its been a lot of hard work but I'm so happy to see these changes and I'm starting to gain my confidence back.

    I have no idea how but I lost 9 lbs in 2 weeks !

    15 more pounds to go,

    and I will hit my first 100 pound weight loss milestone since I started 2 years ago- February of 2014! If I lose about 50 more I'll be back in the healthy weight range for my body! :)

    In 2014 I began losing weight.

    I go to the gym at least 3 times a week,
