    I've been trying to do it

    for years, and I now hope I can a least reach 150. Walking and cutting out fast food, soda, as well as not piling food up on my plate. I have lost 3 dress sizes in two years. Not bad, eh? I still have at least 125 left to lose. Here goes nothing.

    I bought more thin clothes

    I am very excited today.

    In November of 2013 I weighed 335lbs. As of October of 2014 I now weigh 213lbs. So in less than a year I have lost 122lbs. Its been a lot of hard work but I'm so happy to see these changes and I'm starting to gain my confidence back.
