    I am very excited today.

    In November of 2013 I weighed 335lbs. As of October of 2014 I now weigh 213lbs. So in less than a year I have lost 122lbs. Its been a lot of hard work but I'm so happy to see these changes and I'm starting to gain my confidence back.

    I want to get a gym membership

    Had to giggle last night.

    My hubby and I took a brisk walk and he was "done" before I was even close. He said "man I'm outta shape, I need to start working out with you". It will be nice to have a workout partner.

    I went to the doctor May 21st I had lost 3

    Why is it when I lose weight it doesn't go from
