    I am very excited today.

    In November of 2013 I weighed 335lbs. As of October of 2014 I now weigh 213lbs. So in less than a year I have lost 122lbs. Its been a lot of hard work but I'm so happy to see these changes and I'm starting to gain my confidence back.

    I've been trying for a few weeks now

    I have been so good the past few days.

    I haven't had anything unhealthy and I didn't go over my calorie count. But today I had candy and a piece of cake and a huge dinner and I'm feeling really guilty about it. I feel like I ruined all of the progress I've made so far.
