I Am Trying to Lose Weight

    This summer i really thought i could find a way

    to lose weight but instead i found myself eating junk food everyday. I guess this is my fault. Is there any smoothie recipe that i could make?

    It's been a month and a half on my LCHF diet.

    It's going great for me. Especially now because I'd recently found out about the High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) which is a workout that apparently is most efficient when on the LCHF diet! So yeah! I'm pumped! Losing weight quicker!

    I struggled with an eating disorder from ages

    I want to avoid sugar,

    I am very excited today.

    In November of 2013 I weighed 335lbs. As of October of 2014 I now weigh 213lbs. So in less than a year I have lost 122lbs. Its been a lot of hard work but I'm so happy to see these changes and I'm starting to gain my confidence back.
