    It's been a few months now

    and I honestly have never felt so alive! My mood has been great, I feel energized and workout a lot more often. I never thought changing what I ate could be such a dramatic, life changing alteration.

    No, I don't drink any alcohol

    I don't kill to eat. I don't ask others to kill
