and the new coach is like alright conditioning and as usual we all moan. Well she tell us the we're doing 30 leg jumps 30 burpees 30 crunches 30 leg throws and 30 push ups. And I'm just like lady who do you think you are???
so far this week, and the next two days, or tomorrow and the tryouts are Friday. But the practices have me wore out and my legs and back are so sore... I'm ready for Friday to be over, but if I make the team then I'll get used to it eventually.. Right?
I have chronic back and hip pain daily . its not pleasant on wet or cold days ,,,, I try to bare with what I CAN but there are times it has me in tears the pain is so bad.... i have always had bouts of sciatica and after the car accident it got worse ... but for the last 5 years...
and I went and loaded two couches, a recliner, a fireplace, a glass table and a tree into a van and then unloaded it all into our house. Just the two of us. My back hurts, my knees are killing me, and I've got blisters on my hands and ankles. Who says women aren't badass?
