    I do calisthenics, weight lifting and cardio everyday. Don't tell me it's over-training because I disagree. it's what i do it's what I have done, it's what I will keep doing until my goals are reached. And when i reach my goals, i will set another and work even harder to reach...

    Being out of shape is

    so awful. I remember when I used to play volleyball every day and I was so fit I could do anything I desired. I'm planning to get back to that phase. I am so determined when it comes to this. The beginning is always difficult, but it's like they say: "No pain, no gain". Also...

    I started working out

    and I'm so happy my legs are stronger and my butt is more toned and bigger as well I'm so proud of myself and of my butt so far :)

    and the good news is that they have started to show! 😍 Yess, I'm totally happy about itt .. I can feel them, and well.. They've started to show kinda, its a greatt feeling :') Will keep working out, and in some time, they'll clearly show ! 😊
