    Since My Last Post Here 2 Years Ago

    I still struggle with depersonalization but I was able to get my own place.  I now only go to talk therapy twice a month.  (Why I had to cut way back is a long story)  Getting massage once a  week still does wonders for me to help me fell safe in my body

    I recently met someone

    who suffered with similar experiences as myself and it was really helpful to know that there was someone else. But im already (id say) 50-60% cured and wish i had them earlier. I just want to say that guys theres hope im doing much better
