I've battled a lack of self confidence

for most of my life. It goes up and down. Ever since I was a kid I've always felt not good enough. I would love to be up to have a whole lot of confidence.

    A Constant Battle

It has been a constant battle with me to stand up for myself and be confident in my own abilities and self worth. It has been a demon that has followed me through the years and has been a constant negative impact on my life and stunts my development as a person. Like the devil...

I've been bullied since grade school.

Always grew up thinking I was hated and worthless and ugly. Few days ago a friend walked up to me and said I looked "******* sexy". I've been thinking about this all day and I HAVE to know. Is there any truth to his statement?

I heard something from a guy speaking about

confidence and self esteem and he said "are you living for others, or yourself?" In other words, are you more worried about pleasing others and their acceptance over your own happiness? Gives you something to think about ;)

I believe that everyone goes through this at

some point in their life. I just want to say, no matter what people say or think or how people look at you. Someone in this world will love you, and that will only happen when you love yourself. We are all human and we all have flaws, you just have to embrace them. You deserve...
