i hav bipolar and schriophrina and it helps me with that i f i can walk.
it helps the stress down lot.
And i can see the differnet.
i get out in the moring and walk for while and it seem to help the stress.
When i am getting stress i get out and walk and it seem to help.
It helps me relaxed .
And helps me to think of things.
And if it is not blowing really hard.
I am like to go for walks and at really late at night
when the wind is blowing.
And some time sitting out on the padio and say wind
blow more. And it is fun it seems like it does.
