and you may even say that I am a model to support this statement.Certainly not without remorse. My tears fall like rain and my heart beats with this sadness. Moreover, that people expect me to be flawless.Something they, themselves can not achieve.

Just saw this in action with an experience I

commented on. Some people are blinded by the illusion that they are mature and better than the younger generations. :/

I just turned 23 and I still look like a

teenager. That plus the fact that I haven't mentally progressed much beyond the age of 15 makes most people think I'm an immature 17-18 year old.

Since I was... 12 or 13 I've had people mistake

my age by about 3 years more usually. Being raised by my grandma has given me a very mature state of mind and I respond to things in life as such. This may seem like a negative thing to some but I believe it to be very positive for my life. Though I have had some strange...

    Age does't define maturity.

It's the struggles we have to go though and the burdens we have to bear that define our maturity.

    Some teenagers show good manner,

care, and respect toward the middle and the old people. But some middle and old people verbally abuse the teenagers. I think spiritual development happens well in some but happens very slowly in some.

Maturity can be defined simply by a persons

attitude, little else! Age isn't relevant to it as much as everyone might think. Upbringing is a factor, a practicality in the definition.

In my opinion, maturity doesn't come with age,

it comes with experience. I find it extremely annoying when adults tell younger people that they are too young to understand something, or they aren't smart enough to understand something because of their age. It seems like a lot of adults act like they are superior to younger...

I know an eighteen year old I swear is thirteen.

I know far too many people in their thirties that behave like a sixteen, seventeen, or eighteen year old. Age is just a number defining how many years survival of the fittest has failed to pick you off. Maturity is far greater, and at too low abundance.

Just because you are 18-21 doesn't mean you are

mature, mentally. There are very immature people that age, I'm sure. A 13-15 year old could know better then a 18-21 year can. I just hate when "adults" on here tell me, "oh u r 13 so u r not mature at all! ur just a child". Not true.

    I also hold this belief,

seeing as I still am ribbed by elders due to my youth. But I've noticed that a lot of you who claim the maturity that most believe lies beyond your year coun, only claim thus because you want to widen your dating range. For one so mature, that's very childish of you.

    You might find a kid

or a teenage that is much more wise than a 90 year old. This maturity comes from depression and the society we grew up in. If you are not depressed yet wise, then you're lucky. And if you think what I said is wrong, think about it again.
