    Draining

For me personally, they're so powerful that they're draining.  I am exhausted after having to deal with my emotions.   Now of course I don't mean the happy go lucky feelings that give ya warm fuzzies and keep a smile on yer dial. No,  I mean the deep emotions.. the negative...

    I know emotions are powerful

because they allow us to be happy, sad or mad. Emotions allow us to feel and act on that feeling.

    Anger

Emotions, I feel, are what connects,

or binds, us all together. Our most powerful asset. Emotions are the cornerstone on which everything is built around. If I were to imagine a world without emotions, I would only find emptiness and void. So I don't dare to imagine it.

    Understanding Emotions/ Understanding Your Self

We're just as much feeling beings as we are thinking. Emotions and feelings are just as important a part of our being as logic and reasoning. The fact that we do not understand our emotions as well as we do our thoughts does not mean that we should dismiss them. You're not meant...

    Every Emotion Has A Meaning...

As difficult as it sounds, it is better to live the emotions I have than have nothing in the heart. If I close to everything and feel no pain, not knowing myself or others because is uncomfortable, then I deprive myself of everything I could do. I throw away the chance to live...

    Emotions are very powerful.

They sometimes override everything else...leading to rash and mistaken decisions. We get caught up in the moment and....... It's when we look back we see where we went off the path, then comes more emotions... It's human...it's who we are.

They can be so intense that you literally, physically feel the reaction. It's good to feel them though, even if they are so intense that you can't handle it, it is better than feeling nothing.
