    Forgiveness...

I believe there is so much power in forgiveness. Simply saying " I forgive you" is easy, but really letting go of the bitterness, and resentment, hard feelings that may still linger is the hard part. There have been so many people in this life that I have had to forgive. Some of...

    I have forgiven my ex.

She has a tendency to run from her problems. Or she over reacts and makes bad decisions.

Being Forgiving Does Not Mean Be A Doormat

I think Forgiving someone does not automatically exclude you from saying No, I am done. Saying no and saying you are forgiven can go hand in hand. It simply says, yes i will forgive you, but i will not allow you to hurt me again. I think that forgiving someone, and allowing them...

What purpose does it serve to hold a grudge?

To embrace all that negativity like a hoarded treasure? How is that a good thing? I watch my mother do that. I watch my husband do that. I listen to them rant about being the victim of a slight 30, 40, 50 years ago and use that to justify their unwillingness to connect now...

forgive someone who you think doesn't deserve it. It doesn't have to be a big thing; the smaller the better, actually. Just say to yourself, or to whomever is listening, that you forgive them. Take a big, deep breath and then forget it. Completely. Just let it go. It might...

Why build up and hold on to all the anger you

have towards someone else, in the long run it's only going to hurt you. Forgiving someone doesn't mean that you go back to being friends with someone again, it means that you have moved on and have learnt your lesson. Love makes the world go round.
