To move forward in our lives,

it is essential to practice forgiveness. Harboring negative feelings towards another only serves to cause one inner bitterness. A long held grudge is poison.

Some wounds, we carry with us everywhere…

and though the cut is long gone, the pain still lingers. What’s worse? New wounds, which are so horribly painful, or old wounds, which should have healed years ago, and never did? Maybe our old wounds teach us something. They remind us where we’ve been, and what we’ve...

Having friends, or being a friend,

takes courage to forgive and move forward in life with them, IF forgiveness is reciprocated. When only one side has forgiveness, I think it is abusiveness at the core. Real friends talk it out and are able to accept the others opinion without the difference causing anyone any...

I'm still angry. You know what it's like to find out your 'friends' have been lying to you compulsively day in and out. Makes me wonder what is true or not at that point. Once a person lies to you that's it the damage is done. Sure, you'll forgive yourself at some point for...

I think that it's so easy to make mistakes,

it's just what people do, it's so common. I think we should be nicer with each other and just forgive, I think that would make the world a better place to live in. People are people and making mistakes is what helps us learn.
