    What if, however, behind

that smile, hides a shadow. It has power, no doubt. That embrace: all consuming, all knowing and so possessive. As he holds you close, you feel him take part of your soul with his 5 senses, finely tuned into you and you know for a fact, you cannot retrieve it. It belongs to him...

Is it really that hard to look up from your

technology and say hi to someone back with a smile. Is it even just that hard to say hi to someone in general. Something as simple as a smile and saying hi can brighten someone's day. You never know so try it.

    My Daily Walk

When visiting my husband, our two dogs need to be walked. The first day I was there I introduced myself to an older woman working in her little patch of garden. She had been a war bride during WWII. She was originally from Lithuania and now was a widow. Each time I walked by her...

    Nothing makes you feel better

than a sincere hug when you need one. And nothing is better than a smiling face when you are feeling a bit down. Keep hugging and keep smiling. There can never be enough love in the world.

    Try this experiment today -

when passing a stranger at the grocery store, etc., smile at them. It doesn't have to be a big, toothy grin - go for a warm, relaxed smile. Nine times out of ten the person will return the smile. Smiles are contagious.

I belive a simple hug can actually help sharing

somebody's pain or to console them. and also to express happiness for somebody. a smile can disarm your opponent, make someone fall for you, can convey sarcasm. both hugs and smiles should be used in the right manner. Keep smiling, cheers...

I am addicted to a hug from my family

and friends. I do believe the power of a hug and a smile. I can see how others feel and how I feel when hugged and smiled at. I love it and do it often. Nothing better than giving and receiving a hug and a smile from others.

sometimes if you put smile in your face , doesn't mean that your life perfect. It means I appreciate what I have and what god(Allah) gave me. Everyday I woke up like this , it's a new day.

I definitely believe in giving others a nice

smile, hug, and words of encouragement. If I feel close to that person, male or female, I will kiss them too and let them kiss me back. This would include my immediate family members, relatives, friends, and strangers.
