    The Best Medicine

I am talking about the laughter of happiness

here, not the laughter of fear. Happiness is everything. It causes the sun to climb from the horizon every morning, and salutes are made as the sun dips down in the evening. To laugh is to be at peace.

    Fawlty Towers

John Cleese has had a very checkered personal life but he has created so much laughter with his Basil Fawlty in Fawlty Towers. I love seeing people laugh, especially when they are unwell as  I believe laughter is very very healing.

I Cried Tears From My Laughing Eyes

Sir Ken Robinson I saw a t-shirt the other day that said, "If a man speaks his mind in a forest and no woman hears him - is he still wrong?"

    The Best ...

The best friends are those you can really laugh with.  A shared sense of humour and the ability to laugh at each other's stupidity has to be the best basis for any friendship.   It also holds true for family members too.  Even in the most disfunctional families...

    laughter Has Proven Itself ...

Laughter has proven itself to be healthy for a person.  Any chance to laugh, whether it's alone or with someone, is a chance to be taken!  I could laugh at absolutely nothing with a person; it's one of the best feelings in the world, isn't it?

as you can. Laugh until you cry. Cry until you laugh. Keep doing it even if people are passing you on the street saying, "I can't tell if that person is laughing or crying, but either way they seem crazy, let's walk faster." Emote. It's okay. It shows you are thinking and...
