I Believe Life Is About The Journey Not The Destination

Sitting at the bedside of a man today,

dying of cancer. Just a week ago he shared some of his life experiences with me. They were hard experiences, little money so he quit high school to work, went through a divorce, lost more than one of his children at a young age, experienced the loss of his second wife, and...

    A Difference

The final destination in this life is death of our bodies. Everyone's destination is the same. It's the journey that makes the difference. Mine will be vastly different than yours. I am not afraid of pain and scars that come with my journey anymore. I used to be. I was shy, and...

13 minutes into awareness one might find a

plague of anything one could imagine of greatness, or of perhaps more like a something not so appealing to any man sort of thing. Greatness is what we seek in and from bearer of all giving things, Yes, enlightenment. Enlightening ones extension of His own portion of...

    I believe, that many people,

are living, just to prepare for death. In ALL generations of man, same belief. "We Are living in the END TIMES ". For THEM; IT WAS !

There's so much more to life than finding

someone who will want you or being sad over someone who doesn't. There's a lot of wonderful time to be spent discovering yourself without hoping someone will fall in love with you along the way, and it doesn't need to be painful or empty. You need to fill yourself up with...

    Strange thing ? Last year,

I saw, the results of to accidents. On 2 separate weeks, I saw bodies laying in the road, in almost the same spot. Both stiff, and covered by body bags. Weird ! They looked like road kill. Are we all just Road kill ? 😃

To many the destination is non existence,

they are going to die and that is it! Life means nothing, in essence, except struggle, reproduction, and non existence. To me, the destination is reunion with the Light. It may take many voyages, but it is the ultimate goal.

Live Life As There Is No Second Chance

As we grow up, we learn that even the one person that wasn't supposed to ever let us down, probably will. You'll have your heart broken and you'll break others' hearts. You'll fight with your best friend or maybe even fall in love with them, and you'll cry because time is flying...

the people you meet the friends along the road we travel. The destination for us all is the end of the road, death. So be like me and take the road less traveled, fall in love...and then again lol live life to the full. Don't let petty differences get in your way or life's...

life is definitely about the journey,

but I think that when you lose sight of the destination it is easy to lose yourself in a not so great way. there is a balance between living in the moment and thinking of the future. it is easier than one would think for one instant to cost them the bigger picture.

She was the Mom everyone wished they had, and "everyone" loved her. Not more then me though. It's been over 30 years now, I'm about her age when she died. I use to dream, she was still alive, and I'd say in my dream.., "where have you been ?". She'd never answer, she would...

The journey is, it depends of how did we do it? how did we enjoy, how did we embrace all what we do and not. The destination is death that's were we go, even if your ready or not, some of us is not lucky enough to die in old age. Just my own way?
