A smile is a wonderful thing.

A person stopped me today in Starbucks and said they just wanted to thank me. For what I asked somewhat surprised. Well they replied I see you here often and you always seem to have a smile on your face, you just don't know how much it has brightened my days. As they left I...

It's true, I've experienced it first hand.

I use public transportation often, and I'm usually used to otherwise grumpy drivers. Until one day, in a morning route, the bus driver was super cheerful, smiling, said good morning to me. And that literally shaped my entire day to the better, to the extent that I now want to...

worst day of their life and all they want to see is you! Smiling can make a very big difference believe it or not. I'm always happy and smiling, always trying to make other people feel top of the world! If a smile could change their day, why not do it?

I know it does mine! I can be walking minding

my own business and catch the eye of an attractive woman, get a smile, smile back and my day is made. So when I see an opportunity to smile at some unsuspecting (of age) woman I take it every time. If I receive a smile back I would only hope I made her day!

I think smiling at someone makes them feel

special. Too many people in this world feel lonely, unloved and depressed. It doesn't take any time or effort to smile at someone. I think a smile says "You matter, you are important and worth smiling at". It could really brighten someone's day! If I feel grumpy myself, smiling...

Today, I met this cheerful guy named Jeff.

Jeff is homeless. After we talked for a bit about "this and that", I walked away. I heard him say "hey Will!". I turned around to see him smiling with one front tooth. He yelled, "Change the a World Will!" I don't know why but, at that moment I felt powerful and inspired.

If you're smiling most of the time.

And you continue smiling at people. Those people will smile back. Then they'll pass on their smile on to someone else, and that someone else will pass it onto another. And then we'll have a world full of smiling people! :)

It can! Especially when I receive a spontaneous

smile from a female stranger. I have no "lesbian" or "bi" radar whatsoever, so I can't tell why they're smiling... It gets me to thinking about why they did and takes my thoughts off of the issues I'm facing. 😀 So smile at some stranger today!
