You bet they are!!!I have a dog just like Scooby but I named him Bender because he looks like he's been on a Bender and sometimes he acts like it too.Crazy ears and a cookie fetish, pretty sure that's a sign.

Perma-munchies! Shaggy's also got that "stoner swagger" if you know what I mean. I just think this's a no brainer...
