    Pretty Much

Other than health we can acheive personal goals untill we die. They don't always have to be physical. Many people get a degree when they are retired so I believe anything is acheivable if it's something you really want to do.

    Dream?

To follow a dream you first have to have a dream.  I don't know if I have ever really had the kind of dream this experience is about. However, if I figure out what mine is I don't think I will be to old to follow it.
