and have started thinking about the next recipe to play with. The latest experiment was fruity wheatbeer with chilli seeds added. It packs a punch, nice zingy aftertaste without being too firey. Anyone else used peppers and seeds?
a Northern English Brown Ale, and it turned out pretty good. It was a partial mash that I ended up bottling. Next up is a DIPA which is dry-hopping now and I will be using a corny keg this time around (this weekend!).
