Hey everyone I just wanted to share and start up some conversation about something that has improved my health
drastically.  Some one told me about a protein molecule called transfer factor.  This is what a mother passes on
to her baby so that when it is born it can survive all the diseases outside the womb since it hasnt yet built up
its own immune system.  Anyways this protein is harvested from cow colostrum since cows have extremely robust
immune systems and the transfer factor molecule is compatible with humans as well.  If we take this protein called
transfer factor, it is proven to boost the body's immune system up to 437%.  That would mean possibly making your
body up to 4 times stronger and healthier. Also fighting all the 1000s of diseases out there today takes a lot
of energy so if your immune system is weak it uses up alot of energy leaving you feeling fatigued and tired. So a
strong immune system also means having alot of extra energy.  I use it and i've found my health and energy to be
very much improved so far. I've done research and the best place i've found so far is at  immunityhealth dot

I threw the above post up in multiple chat rooms so i want to address it more in regards to this one.  The title of this chat is I can only change myself, which is true but that does not mean we cant influence others in doing so.  Our health is the most important thing we have and it is key to sculpting ourselves into positive individuals.  If we're healthy we'll be much happier, which will make us into positive people heading down the right path to bettering our lifes and possible show others to do the same :)

I've begun taking charge of my health and well being. This includes my diet and my exercise habits. Each of those is hard enough to keep track of and both together seem almost impossible - just look at all the unhealthy people around. When I really got serious I started keeping a journal to help me stay organized but before long that was just a mess and really didn't help much. Then I found this great web based tool which is turning out to be just what I needed. It has a journal but it also has an activity planner, calendar, an area to work on my ideas, and a goal organizer. So, I can set a goal for bodyfat percentage, for example, and withing that goal set milestones for myself so that can concentrate on a little at a time and not get overwhelmed. As another example, I keep track of my meal plans for the week and this makes sticking to my plans way easier.
