gymnastics this is one "skill" that I have retained!!! Whoopee!!!
I started to try and put my foot behind me head like when I was 10 on and of I tryed 3 years later I DID IT after I started to do stretching to make it easer to do (ps if you would like to do it the butterfly stretch will help a lot)
I can easily put both feet behind my head and even further back then that. I have always been flexible so it's nothing special.
Whippy says that is sexy.I was like wtf? O.oI don't think I can do that. Not that I would wanna try.
I've tried,You know,My foot behind my head,Couldn't do it,Not flexible enough,One thing,I'll never forget,The knot's,I got in,Trying.
cycle and have s&x as often as you can
and in general don't look like an elephant
(baby elephant is OK ;)
it's really not so hard..to achieve :)
I can put my right foot behind my head .. I can also put my foot on the counter and turn around and touch the floor ...Great stretching exercise by the way
