Make sure the physicians are all aware of one another; insist that they collaborate with regard to your loved one's medications and care. This includes refusing to let your loved one be treated as less than the dignified adult he or she is, by anyone. Always be straightforward with your loved one, even if the test results are bad (for example). My mood: pretty pensive
