    Caring For My Mom

    I am an adult who has been living with my elderly mother for 10months now. I have been on my own for 20+ yrs and now find myself as her sole support---emotionally and physically. I am tired. Anyone else out there?

    How do you deal with aging parents

    and try to be there for them while dealing with anger issues from the past because they were not there for you when you were a child? I'm not a bad person, and I want to forgive them and do what any child should do for aging parents. But it's more complicated than I thought...
