300 On Our Knuckles As a Punishment In Karate

We used to have to do 300 of them on our knuckles as a PUNISHMENT in Tae Kwon Do. I was only 6 & 7 yrs. old. That was TORTURE! & if you're @ 299, & you slip, then they make you start ALL the way back @ 1. I HATED it!

I Do More Pushups Every Day!

Those of you that know me well will already know how fanatical I am about doing regular pushups throughout the day. For those that don't know me well I'll explain, if I don't keep pushing the damn glasses up they fall off the end of my nose.

You get used to exercising when you are in the military.Push ups, sit ups, jumping jacks, you do them.  A lot. All the time. Basic training is basically exercising like a maniac. But, once basic training is over, you find that it wasn't really a big deal and you kind of miss all...

    I Just Did.

My dad just saw me do 100 push-ups in a row. Not one stop. If my slack-*** can do it, so can you! *Flexes and reaches for IcyHot*

Ive done a set every night before I go to bed since january first 09. It was my new years resolution. After a while your body just gets really used to them and you can do a ton. Just from that one set a day I beat my old middle school's inclined pushup record. As far as I know it...

    Joining Early

I've always loved pushups. I really got into them in my teens and twenties being involved in the martial arts. My teacher was a former Marine corps DI and was fanatical about form. I've never been able to do 100 in a row without sacrificing form which I can't bring myself to...

    It's a Goal

Currently I can do 20 pushups in a row.  The "full" kind, not the one where your knees are on the ground.  Gonna get to 100 in a row, eventually :P
