I'm required to take CPR every two years for my job, but I was alwo required to take a First Responder course when I was in school.  This was many years ago and I wonder if I could do any of the things now that I 'learned' then.

good to do but just panic inside in case i get in a situation and cant remember what to do, only happened once up to now and it was ok as only a minor injury but better to have some knowledge, eveyone should do it as you may save a life...
