    Weight Loss

    Only sticking with exercise and healthy eating to lose weight, did research and laxatives only get rid of water weight. Sticking to grain based breakfast and low fat proteins, veggies, and fruit for lunch, dinner, and snacks. Currently 211 and trying for 120
