    I enjoyed the holiday parties & delicious foods,

    but it's time 2 return 2 healthy eating. I'm up 6 pounds but that's not a lot 2 lose. Happy New Year & hello grilled foods, veggies & fruit - I've missed u!

    A flapjack, two Cadbury cream eggs,

    three Reece's peanut butter cups, burger and fries + two apricot and cinnamon pastries. Best restart my diet tomorrow.
