    Nice Try! A year ago,

my daughter Lilly, aged 6 then, made an attempt to get out of a spanking, it failed. "If you girls are going outside can you please take Freddy with you and watch him? " "Yeah ok, come on Freddy!" Milly was happy to take him. ""Can he come on the trampoline mommy?" Ava asked...

My daughter got in trouble last weekend for missing her curfew (AGAIN.) She got a spanking, and grounded for this weekend. Last night, not surprisingly, she started asking about being allowed to go somewhere. I told her no, she was grounded, and I didn't want to hear her whine...

I am appalled at the amount of physical

discipline I see here. I have 6 children, twins on the way, and have never had to give a formal spanking. Yes I've given warning swats, maybe 5 max at a time. I'm not against it by any means, but when toddlers are getting hit with belts and the only method others use is...

I believe discipline is one of the most

important lessons in life. If one learns to be disciplined, one can face any challenge, follow the rules and take things one steady step at a time. Discipline starts by an acceptance of rules both at home and at school. I enforce discipline in my house with a long hard spanking...

When my children do not obey me,

I certainly discipline my children in many ways. I either spank them over my knee, take away certain things, or even ground them. I see nothing wrong disciplining children. I know they understand I am trying to teach them the values between good and evil.
