    Experience Has Tempered My Spontaneity

At heart, I'm a spontaneous person.  I get a thrill out of grabbing onto a sudden idea (within reason) and running with it.  Oftentimes, I think going with my first, gut instinct is the way to go. It doesn't always work, however.  Once the excitement of...

I have become patient reading Eckhart Tolle's

book, The Power of Now. It has changed my so called "normal" way I think. We always believe we have to get to the future to obtain happiness. The future never happened; it's always now. If you have a hard time with this,; when I began, this was the future. And I don't obsess...

I Want And Need More Patience And Wisdom

For most of my recent life I have considered myself a patient man but I have live most of my life with arrogants and foolishness. Now thanks to wisdom of God and of wise men my arrogant infection is being cured and my life blessed by it. But now my patience is being tested more...

    a fool like me

If I'm wise, I'm of the foolish kind.  A fool like me needs an awful lot of patience.  Living the life of a fool imposed patience on me.    Living with a fool as self, is not an easy ride.  A fool doesn't ask to be understood, that's why he's a fool...

    Go Hand In Hand

I noticed early on that the more patience someone had the happier they are. I always loved The Tortoise and the Hare because its the perfect example of being wise and having patience. Love that story.

    INHERITED ?

Patience is something that we are not born with. It comes with practice and prayer. We must pray for patience because most of it comes from having inner peace. When we have the knowledge of Gods word and his plan for us we establish a relationship with him. As we learn of...

    The Answer

The stillness invades the core of my being and there are several effects that happened.  I rationalize and tried to place reasons for them. It wrecked the faeriemind. The biggest question is why.  Sadly, one will never know the answer to such a big question until the right time...

    Patience

That has been a  discovery to me recently. I tend to become impatient and do some harsh, sometimes radical life changing moves. I realized recently that recognising the problem and being patient by walking one step at a time, with a purpose is better.  It is much wiser.We...

    Wisdom

Wisdom is quite different from knowledge, in that it is gained through personal experience.  And rather than being able to google or research, we must submit ourselves to the lesson that is being given to us and endure the darkness and pain that it may lead us to.  In...

    Patience Is A Virtue

I know with patience everything either works out or it reveals something that you wanted or needed. And when you don't have patience you end up confused or lost. Or wondering what happened. I have had the patience to get what i have asked for but, when i have it i end up not...

    It Takes Both

you can not have one with out the other. with patience wisdom grows with wisdom comes patience. The two work together and need each other to work properly. The two are a gift and are given when we are ready to use them properly in our lives and the lives of others.
