I lie awake in my bed wondering. It's not a fierce anger, it's a small one. The kind that creeps along your sides just above your belly and slumbers there. The kind that makes you think. I don't get angry often but I appreciate when I do. I always gain something from it...

    But, Recently..

I'm not an angry person. At least, I'd like to think so. As far back as I can remember, I've never been really angry at anyone or anything. I've always tried to approach things calmly and rationally. I always belived that getting angry wouldn't accomplish anything. Years...

At Least Not At Anyone Else.

I tend to hold in my feelings (of course it only serves to make me feel worse) and don't get angry with people. I let it build inside me and finally take it out on myself. Hah the final piece of the puzzle aye? I'm working on that part but sometimes I think it's easier to let the...

    I'm Pretty Even-minded

I don't get angry much.  I usually don't let things bother me.  People have done some really dumb things.  I do dumb things too some times.  I usually excuse it and think nothing of it.  We all have our days. The only time that I get angry is when someone attacks someone I...

    Though Recently...

Well my guy and I decided to be just friends... and for the past couple weeks he just doesn't get it. As a guy friend I don't kiss, I don't touch nor want to be touched, and don't want to call everyday. He is the first person in as long as I can remember who can really **** me...

    don't, not much at all.

When I do, I'm really not much good at handling it. I don't like anger much at all. Sometimes it's a fury inside & then it's mixed with love and passion and I can't direct it efficiently at all... I think anger for me is linked to disappointment because if I expect nothing of...

I Rarely Get Angry Because I Question Why My Brain Wants Me To Be. Take That, Brain.

For a long time now, I've refused to jump straight to anger. It's obvious to me, that because I follow various existential views and find so much pleasure in learning about the physical makeup of my world, that I often won't jump to anger because I consistently keep the scale of...

Getting Angry Is Usually Counter Productive

Much better to try and sort it all out while calm and contained.  Anger doesn't help.  However, there are always people who know how to push your buttons!

    Anger Just Makes It Worse

Anger is so pointless. Basically, getting angry is the fastest way to not get what you want. It complicates situations, ups your chances of hurting someone (including yourself), and adds fun extras like frustration, violence, poor communication, embarrassment and drama. I can...

I don't understand how people get angry

and hold onto it. When something upsets me, I get angry for a minute, but I cool down very quickly. I get angry for a few mins, then I accept and move on. I don't understand why people hold onto anger. It is such a drag, so heavy in your chest. Anger is something that I simply...

    A Rare Event

I don't get angry all that much... but when I do, WATCH OUT! Luckily for the average person, family member, or friend, seeing my anger is a twice a year sort of thing. And most likely it isn't towards my friends or family either... just the OTHER people. I don't ever turn my...

    Anger Problem?

I am glad to find that there are others like me! I went to classes to teach me how to become angry.  It is kind of like anger management, but for people who lack the skill I guess. Just recently, I was yelled at for being so happy and calm all the time. I was told...

    Not Like I Used To

Nowadays it's more like water on a duck's back.  Ain't a whole lot you can do to change and control things to suit your needs, like the weather or other people, so might as well take it and make the best of it right?  No sense getting worked up and strokin' out over...

There Isn't Much Point In Being Angry...

...as it only really hurts yourself.  At least that's how I've come to see it.  Why spend time being angry?  It's only going to attract negative things to you, probably making you angrier. However, lately I've found myself letting a bit of anger and bitterness...

    Angry But Not

I get upset all the time but it just doesn't become expressed as anger like it seems to do for everybody else. I don't get road rage ever, I am passive and people would call me nice, maybe even too nice. I can't remember feeling what I consider anger, and when I do feel close to...

I do not get angry easily...but when I do, don't push me. I turn red and my face hardens. One of my friends said I look cool when I am angry...whatever THAT'S supposed to mean. Plus, I can fight pretty well and my anger never gets the better of me. I usually let the other...

    Anger Is Pointless

When People get angry they typically say things they do not mean. But their words are also mixed with many many truths as well. Therefore, they tear apart the person they are angry at, even though they probably care very deeply about this person. I see no point in getting angry...
