    Nope

one more time 'When the government's boot is on your throat, whether it is a left boot or a right boot is of no consequence." - Gary Lloyd'   Voting supports the current system. I loathe the current system. Hence, I do not vote.   Either way everything will be...

I am a Christian and I so not vote. The Lord is in control of our world and he already knows who is getting in office before we do. the world is on a downworld spiral and nothing is going to get it back up because its not meant to go up according to bibical scriptures. The person...

I have never voted in any election in my life. I realize this means I have no say in what goes on politically and I do not want a say. I just plain hate politics.

    It's An Illusion

I refuse to vote because the idea that votes have anything to do with who gets into office is a joke, an illusion that the government uses to make people feel like they matter.  I will not participate in such an obvious scam, even if I like a particular candidate, because I...

Politicians love to emphasize the importance of

voting, often stating that you have no right to complain when you do not cast a vote on a party or a party leader. I tend to look at it from a different, albeit somewhat idealistic, angle. By not casting my vote I cannot be held responsible for whatever form of mismanagement...

    Voting and Taxes...

The reason I dont vote is based on the tax system. I dont think the system is fair. If my vote is equal to yours then I should pay the same amount of taxes that YOU Do. But this has not been the case. Take a look at the 2006 IRS tax statistics. You have 1% of the nation, who...

It's actually just because I'm not an American citizen. I'm Israeli, and I don't want to give up my allegiance to that country. Otherwise, I would always, always vote.

OK I'm not interested in politics, but what the hell's the point in voting? Here there's only 2 parties that can win and they're both the same! They promise you the earth when they want your vote, then stick up the middle finger after people fall for it. Not for me thank you!

So, here's the game plan: How bout NOONE show up at the poll booths this election? Yes, we'd still have a President elected. It would probably be determined by the Electorial College. And yeah, several of us would STILL be p!ssed at who got it. But THE PEOPLE will have VOICED...

I don't vote.  I never have.  I can't imagine putting that much thought and effort into something that I know in my heart is a cruel joke anyway.  I can't spend hours pouring over the fine details so I'd know which mudslinging party to believe.  No thanks.
