The Death Penalty Is Alway Wrong

I am a christian woman who will never support the death penalty. There is life without parole for a reason. As a Christian woman the  10 commandments tell me thou shall not kill and that to me means everyone. Killing to show killing is not what makes sense to me at all. The...

Two Australian men about to be shot in Indonesia

for drug trafficking have alleged that it was suggested to them that they may receive a lighter sentence if they offered to bribe the judge. If the Indonesian head of state really wants to rid his country of WESTERN EVIL he should start by cleaning up his own back yard. EVIL IS...

I believe that no one has the right to kill

anyone no matter what he/she had done. The government or the police has no right to kill a criminal just because they feel they had the power to do so.

I agree with the death penalty only

if the perpetrator is caught redhanded, or confesses. Too many people on death row have been found to be innocent by DNA tests that were not available when they were first convicted…over 20 in Texas alone! An innocent person being put to death, and having their reputation...

Is it really "Eye for an eye"?

Is it always "the punishment should fit the crime"? I know this is a very controversial issue. AND if one of my loved ones was murdered, I may feel much differently. (To those of you with loved ones that have been killed this way, my sincerest sympathies). My feelings on...

Who Are We To Judge And Kill As Penalty

Because of our limited and imperfect nature we wrongfully convict the innocent. I have just to agree to someone on here, that mostly on death row are poor, or doesn't have money. Death penalty surely doesn't reduce or show that crime rate ever decreased. And the irony of it is...
