    I Do On Special Occasions...

...Like the installation of a new pope. Other than that, why blow-dry my hair? It looks its best right after I've just hopped out of the shower.

Unless I am in a hurry and on my way out, which is not very often, I prefer to let my hair dry naturally.  I am trying to get my hair to thicken out and keep it as healthy as I can so often will wash it and then put in a leave-in hair conditioner.  It tends to...

I Love The Half-way Dry Looking Hair

I Love Girls with Long Hair. I like it down to their Lower Back or Upper Back, at least Shoulder Length. I Love Playing with a Girls Hair too :) I Love Running my Fingers through it, putting it in Ponytails, trying to do Up-Do's, Brushing it, Washing it, Blow Drying it, and...

I Can't Blowdry My Hair, It'll Get Brittle And Poofy.

I don't want to look like a poodle. I still have a blow dryer, but I've used it maybe twice this year. That sucker cost like $100 too. Eh. It's there when I need it.

    Just A Towel Please

Have a short, short boy cut.  Dry my hair in 15 seconds using a towel.  Gives me more time for my makeup.

It Would Just Damage My Hair Even More...

My hair is already damaged enough from straightening it almost every day.  Blow drying it would just make it worse.  And besides, it's a waste of time and I only wash my hair at night, so why bother drying it? I will on special occasions, like if I got my hair cut. Or...

    Pretty Lucky

My hair does its own thing whatever I do to it. I always air dry and just comb in some defrizz cream and I'm done. It falls pretty well so I never have to style it. Lucky me.

    Used Too

In middle school I did for a while because I hated that people thought my hair was greasy cause it takes forever to dry cause its so thick. So I blow dried it, but then it just made it horribly frizzy. No more. Now I don't care if people say that or not, cause I would rather have...

I haven't blow dried my hair in almost 20 years

. I regularly set my hair in rollers and then relax under my hood dryer. Occasionally I will dry the dampness from my hair using a blow dryer, but I don't blow dry style my hair using a radial brush

    It's Own Pace

I prefer to let it drip dry. If I ever do attempt to dry my hair with a hair dryer, I tend to miss a chunk of my hair or forget to do one side, so it's easier for me to just let it all dry at it's own pace. Which is really rather slow. But that's why I wash my hair in the...

I never blow dry my hair. First of all, it takes way too long cuz my hair is down past the middle of my back and its thick. Secondly, it is sooo damaging. Thirdly, I don't need to! My hair dries naturally straight. When I blow dry it it looks frizzy. But the...

I have just never liked using one.

I think my hair feels and looks much better after it has air dried. Besides my hair gets very poofy from the blow drier.

I Don't Blow Dry My Hair?

This isn't actually true for me anymore.  I didn't mean to lie (nose grows).   I was never a hair dryer girl unless someone else was doing it for me lovingly, but since I moved to this very cold place I've found it's just to cold to leave the house with wet hair. ...

    Unhealthy Isn't It?

I was always told it's not good for your hair... I don't need much styling in the mornings on normal school/work days so I wash it, have a good headbang-ritual while wrapped in a towel and I'm off to start my day. I recently had a pretty big haircut, but before, my hair might...

As you may have guessed from my title, I find blow-drying my hair painful.... just not necessarily in the normal way.  So long as I keep the temp as cool as possible, it does not hurt my scalp (much).  The thing is, the sound blow dryers make hurts my ears-- feels like...

I'm usually running late in the mornings so I just let it air dry.  On occasions when I have time or am going out somewhere, I will usually blow it out straight.

There's Enough Hot Air Circulating Inside My Head!

Here's another little factoid about UnderEli, if anyone is actually keeping tabs.  While growing up, in the '80s, when lots of hair was seriously defying gravity, I did the thing with mousse and a blow-dryer.  I suppose it was the same way for kids who used to style...

Blow drying is bad for your hair, for one. Also, I am far too impatient to take the time. I am pretty low maintenance. I am sort of the shower and go type. No hour long primping in front of the mirror. Minimal make up and air dried hair. That's me.

All hell will break loose. My hair looks like cotton candy if I try to blow dry it. I can't even brush it without it frizzing.

    I Let Air Dry Them

My hair go quite below the shoulders and I never blow them dry. I did in the past, and after stopping I noticed they were more healty, clean and with less knots. And I also didn't need to spend time doing it. Quite a gain.

    I Can't Really

It sounds odd but i do have a hair dryer, i just don't use it. I have naturally dry hair (not like wire like hair but frizzy-ish hair lol) and if i blow dry it, it looks like i've been dragged through an electric fence and then pulled around a nylon carpet. It's a mess! and...

    No Reason

My hair is really curly, and I keep it short.  All I have to do to care for it is vigorously apply a towel when it's wet and sit under a fan for an hour or so and I'm good to go.Aside from that, I don't handle the sound of hair dryers well, and lack the patience to use one...

Takes Too Long and I Don't Care That Much

That pretty much sums it up. Besides I always take a shower in the evening so it doesn't really make much sense to blow dry my hair just to go to bed. I do own a hair dryer though, just in case I ever might need it. I think I've used maybe a dozen times.

Because I'm a guy. God knows I could certainly use a blow dryer, since my hair is fairly dense and it's always still wet from the shower when I leave for classes, but I'm a guy, and it'd be weird for a guy to blow dry his hair.

I am so lazy when it comes to blow drying my hair! It can look really nice when  i take the time... but blahh lol. It can look acceptable if i just let it air dry. I am lucky it doesn't get really poofy or weird. It waves a bit.. which isn't the worst possible outcome! lol

Can Count On My Fingers The Number Of Times I Have Blow Dried In 20 Years

Growing up I had awkward hair which tended to stick up a lot when too short and would pouf out a lot when it was blow dried. It took my Aunt's hairdresser to realize that blow drying my hair only made things worse. She started to blow dry my hair laying a net over it to try and...

    I Don't Like To

I don't blow dry my hair often anymore because it dries it out and leaves it looking less than the luster that I want. I prefer to run a wide-toothed comb through it and then let it dry naturally which takes some time with my hair being long.
