I Don't Care About Distance I Just Care About You Forum & Chat Board | Trying to build a relationship faraway

Well mates, i am just trying to build a relationship, faraway, since i was in 14, now i am 24 and in these 10 years i havent found any true relationship online.They just are for few months and then suddenly the relationship vanishes as its like a light gone off during a power failure.

 

Why are you trying to build a long-distance relationship?  Why are you looking for a relationship online?  You are too young to limit yourself to this way of finding someone!

Finding a true, good, healthy, loving, enriching relationship online --- well, I'm 55 so I didn't have that option when I was your age.  I can tell you that it can be done.  But I believe I had such a relationship because we knew ourselves so well, and we knew what it would have to take from each of us to make it work.  We'd already lived real-life relationships and how tough they are to make work, and yet how they can. And then how they can fail.  We didn't go online, either of us, to seek out a relationship, at least not a loving, true friendship/confidants/lovers relationship - it just became that way.

If you are intent on having a long distance relationship, start at the foundation.  Be friends.  Build from there.
