I Don't Like Conflict

Standard operating procedure for conflict.  I go out of my way to avoid it.  I have passed off responsibility, I have gone against company policy, and I have lied, all in the name of avoiding conflict.  I don't like it...

I rarely confront people because I don't like conflict. I'd rather just live with the problem, solve it myself, or let it fade away over time. I only confront people if it's absolutely necessary, and usually it isn't.
