I Don't Like to Take My Medications

I must have been on more than 6 different tablets for almost a decade now and still feel worn out most of the time. I often think I'd be better off not taking any as I have no idea what the combined effect of taking them all has on me...

I get tired of having to remember to take the damn things
And then when I forget I get withdrawels and my head goes funny like I'm walking in a fog and the ground is wobbly. I hate that they have that much control over me!

I am so afraid of becoming dependant on medications that I often fight taking them which leads me down a very dark path its like Im embarassed that I need them and they make me feel weak. Like why cant i handle life especially because...

I prefer vitamins over medication.  I'm not strong when it comes taking meds though but if I need being on meds cause of something serious, then I won't turn my back on it.

I feel like a prisoner
All these meds I take
I need them or I'll get sad
I can't stop taking them
It eats me up inside
Makes me sad
Makes me cry
I hate them
Wish I didn't need them
I feel so trapped

I take the following everyday:
-Prozac
-Welbutrim
-The pill
-Multi-vitamins
A total of 6!
