I think the phrase "no regrets" have been

misused by some people. You don't say "no regrets" like how you yell "YOLO" before doing something reckless. I think the point is not to regret all the decisions you've made, regardless of whether they were good or bad experiences. It is the gift of hindsight. I try not to...

I look back over the years

and I truly have no regrets. I have made very poor choices and took the easy roads way to frequently. I look at my life as a puzzle and some of the pieces aren't in place, or I took some out of the completed puzzle and I am replacing them.

    Each low I experienced,

and there have been some really deep, taught me some of the most valuable lessons which have helped me become a better and stronger person. Regretting the past, in my opinion, is counter productive and does nothing but pull you down the depression-hole.

I can not change who I am any more

than I can change my past nor do I want to. I am who I am because of everything that has happened. As I grow into a better person I know that what has been will lead to where I will be.

It may seem like I'm dwelling on the past a

little too much... This occurred to me, yes. But I think it's because I haven't sorted it out in my mind yet. If I don't understand what truly has happened, how can I learn from the past? If I just move on and forget about it, I will end up repeating the same mistakes all...

I think you have two types of people period,

the ones that do learn from their past and the ones that don't. The ones that do learn can change, they're capable of it. They can see where they went wrong, they introspect and move forward to at least try to not repeat the same mistakes. Then you have the people that never...

I truly believe that learning from your past

experiences helps mold you into the person you are today~each day is a new adventure and with that always comes choices~how you perceive them and how they affect you and what you decide to do with them after wards is where the learning part comes in~

Everything in my past has brought me to today.  Here I am.  A single lady going through the midst of a divorce.  I have loving friends and family, but most nights, I come home, alone.   I have been in a job for 13 years, I have gone to college during 4 of...

Honestly, I don't regret all of the things I

have done, because I know in order to learn, I have to make mistakes. But if I have anything to regret, it's what I didn't do, what I could have done. And I still do to this day regret the time I'm wasting. Sometimes (more likely almost all the time), I feel that I'm unable to...

as my virtues... that doesn't mean that I don't try to overcome them... I'm just aware that they are part of me and have been instrumental in my decision making over the years.

    I have very few regrets

if any about my life. I don't live with a could of should have attitude. While I'm not exactly proud of some of the things I've done I don't wish I would have done anything different. If I had to do it all again to this point I wouldn't. I have learned lots of tough lessons, had...
