Online I may swear but IRL I barely ever use

words that are hurtful. I just use words like shiit, and helll.

    Cursing Is Like Vomiting Garbage.

That's what I'm reminded of when I'm tempted to curse. Like imagine if someone was looking at you and you're sitting there cursing and all the while garbageĀ  is flowing out of your mouth. That's disgusting. So when you go to curse think about that.

I one time turned down $100

for swearing. My cousin said that if he could hear me swear, he'd give me $100. I said no.

Not even an "oh my god",

although I used to. Call me weird, but I guess I've never been in a situation where I needed to swear. And I hope it stays that way!

    I really admire people

who don't swear. Unfortunately, it's rare these days.

Ah, I bet you thought this was about disliking

the use of expletives. No, I have the vocabulary of a scholar and the mouth of a sailor. This is about swearing as a synonym for promising. I don't make promises unless I am absolutely sure I can understate and over-deliver them. I don't want to be the person people don't rely...

    At least not very much.

Other people swearing doesn't bother me. I just really don't myself. I only realized this when I first had kids. Everyone around me started to watch their language. I didn't have to. It actually felt a little strange.

    I Don't Swear...

I don't swear because it is offensive to me. I feel it is rude, childish, and ill-mannered to swear. So many people will say "I am grown up, so I can swear if I want, now." I say it is much more 'grown up' not to swear. Obscenity is bad enough, but I especially hate to hear...

They're Just Words That Don't Mean Anything.

i've asked people to try and define curse words, but they can't seem to do it. I've never ever ever ever used a curse word and I don't ever plan to. Some guys have tried to get me to, saying it would be sexy, or something, but that's stupid. If you push the subject too hard, I'm...

    Not Very Often

Whilst i don't mind foul language and swearing in movies, or from other people, and don't judge people from using it, I just don't see the point in swearing for myself - there are so many other words that you can use.....but some times, SOMETIMES one good swear word works wonders...

My Vocabulary Is Bigger Than That

I used to have horrible mouth but I have realized that I just don't care to use such language. I still say the occasional word but I am trying to stop completely and I will too.

    As My Father Said....

"Those who swear aren't smart enough to find other words to say."    Why speak like that when it makes you look trashy and whorish????   I'm sorry, cussing/swearing is revolting in my opinion!

My dad always told me "Swearing is the sound of

a weak mind trying to communicate", and I don't want to have a weak mind. I want to learn everything I can. I know that it is just a saying and I can learn just as much by using those words but where is the intelligence in words like that? They are terms for other terms, so why...
