i dont know whether its clumsiness or what but my phone seems to go flying on a regular basis. Its amazing it still works. I buy 2 phones a year. Mostly expensive ones so i am very lucky so far

Guess it deppends on who you ask because MnM will tell you he'd like to take a hammer to it. I think this was just a REALLY cheap one and maybe it's time for an upgate. It's a company phone so not really caring about it too much...
