    The College "failure"

If school ever comes up in conversation and I mention that I dropped out of college, I get the typical, "Oh, I am sorry, what are you going to do with your life now?" As if everyone MUST have a college degree to be successful. I guess no one really pays any attention to some well...

    I quit university today.

I just couldn't cope the amount of work plus my fanatical commitments. My schedule is 7 days a week and it's having serious impacts on my relationship and my mood. I'm feeling so depressed and it seemed like the only option. I know I'm going to regret this decision, I do already...

When I was 18 I took the decision of dropping out of college... not for any sake reason such as being lazy or didn't enjoy it but for different reasons. I got a new job which I enjoyed, first time I was getting money and it did feel good... I came home on my break one day to...

I still feel ashamed about it.

Especially since I grew up being one of the "smart" kids. But no amount of intelligence could make me mentally healthy enough for college. I really wasn't ready, and because of that, I don't know if I'll ever be.

I hate to study. I hate doing homework. I hate lectures. I cannot function in school anymore. College isn't for everyone, and it certainly wasn't for me.

I never really liked school, but I like learning, it just seems hard to find the time. When I first started going to college in 2006, I was taking basic courses just because I didn't know what I wanted to do. And now, seven years and a variety of worthless classes later, I still...

    The Determined College Drop-out
