Been eating a lot of vegetables lately. Mostly raw and fruit.
It will help with my quest to lose weight.
Filling little snacks and heatlhy.
Also at means instead of a large helping of something, have a helping and vegetables and fruit.
I like them and thry're good for me.
i love my beans man there like the best thing out there i think i cant keep my hands off of them there some times really good but i dont eat them to much because then i get sick so that's a good vegetable
