The other day I had to weigh in for sports. My weight had to be under 90. I knew I was over it so for a few days I cut back on food and then didn't eat for 2 days before weigh in...
I used to be able to eat a foot long sub, cookies and the drink...but now I'm lucky if I can finish the 6" sub :/
