    Reduced To Nothing

    I love CrossFit workouts, especially when reduce me to a big pool of nothing...I love the way my body feels afterward... and the way it clears my head, no words to describe the euphoria.

    I believe I am doing crossfit,

    Option 1 Home WOD: here is a workout for you to do at home if you have stairs: 5 rounds for time - 3 times up and down the stairs (make sure those knees don't come in), 5 push-ups, 10 inch worms, 15 mountain climbers. Make sure to get a little warm up in...maybe a 5 minute jog...

    It Is Awesome

    I started hitting the Crossfit gym in February. I love the intensity of the workouts. The results are great as well. Nothing like a morning WOD to get your day going right!

    Get Some!!!

    I've never felt so insanely demolished after a workout than after my first attempt at "Murph". I finished at 1:05:44. I was done for haha. Since then I've set a PR of 45:22 and walked away with rips all over my hands. I won't do anything other than CrossFit for as long as I live...

    Restarted My Crossfit!!!

    For the first time I hit the box everyday

    Nothing Beats The Feeling

    Crossfit workouts break my body down and i am always sore and tire but there is no feeling like have your body being pushed to its limits. When you wake up the next morning and fee sore all over you know you did work!
