    Hmmm, a nicely-grilled London Broil

    that is burned on the outside and hot pink on the inside - will have been marinaded or hours. That within a salad and a baked potato. It's all I need to be happy.

    Tonight I made another vegan meal,

    I just made vegan "Really Hungry Burgers"

    and topped them with avocado, spinach, heirloom tomatoes and field roast chao slices (vegan cheese). I put sriracha and mustard on mine. Totally delicous and once they cooled a bit they held together well! http://www.veganuary.com/recipes/the-really-hungry-burger/

    Tonight's dinner was sesame chicken done in the

    slow cooker with sweet kale and broccoli salad and ramen noodles. It's chicken thighs and the sauce is soy sauce, sherry, brown sugar packed, ketchup, oil and sesame seeds. I forget the amounts but I am certain it's 2 tbsp of cooking sherry. ( not the stuff you drink).

    Last night I made a whole vegan meal consisting

    of cinnamon coconut nectar carrots, steamed kale with saffron, roasted grape tomatoes in olive oil tossed with basalmic vinegar, and Aduki beans in refried black beans with sriracha. Even the kale haters liked the kale :)

    Tonight I made an Italian dish with Farfalle

    pasta, some sweet Italian sausage, chopped fresh tomatoes and a nice cream sauce. What really put it over the top was the fresh oregano, rosemary and basil from my herb garden!

    I live on a farm. I'm one of six children.

    We all have jobs to do. Mine is shopping and cooking. Actually I love it. Today I cooked salmon. I caught it on my way home from school. In Asda! They sell it with different butters. It's easy to cook! But everyone enjoyed.
