    I love to Cook and of course,

    Cooked roast duck. It wasn't brilliant :(

    but ok. Did it on my Webber charcoal grill. The vedge was good thou. Next time should I slow roast in the oven, do vedge on the grill and then put such on the grill for last 30 mins or slow roast on the grill with vents half closed??? :)

    The coals lost their heat towards the end. It turned out ok but could have bee better. Learning curve eh.
